Drop-Off Attendant

Location: Central Indiana

Compensation: $18/hour

Job Description:

Indy Photo Fun is looking for dedicated and reliable Drop-Off Attendants. This role is crucial in ensuring our equipment is delivered and set up on time for various events across the city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport, deliver, and set up photo booth equipment at event locations.

  • Ensure all equipment is in excellent working condition before and after events.

  • Coordinate with event planners or venue staff upon arrival and departure to ensure smooth operations.

  • Manage inventory and maintain the organization of equipment.

  • Adhere to safety standards and company policies during transportation and setup.


  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities.

  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.

Work Schedule:

  • The position offers an hourly wage of $18.

  • Flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on event schedules.

  • Workload varies monthly, with some months having more events than others.

  • We operate on a rotational system to ensure fair distribution of hours among team members.
